Each individual in the IKCA Family Tree has been tested and evaluated for Black Belt ranking by the Board of Black Belts at association headquarters in Seal Beach, CA, USA. The test was accomplished either in person or through the video testing program. The association's goal is to update the Family Tree at least quarterly in conjunction with the release of the IKCA Newsletter

LEGEND

	All names listed in red are 10th Degree Grandmasters of the IKCA system. The gold box around these names signifies their Certified Instructor status.
	All names listed in gold are IKCA Certified Instructors, their schools and locations.
***	Three red asterisks indicates an individual who was also a direct student of SGM Edmund K. Parker.
	All names listed in light blue are individuals who learned from a Certified Instructor at an IKCA affiliate school, but whose testing for all belt levels was accomplished through IKCA Headquarters. Their names will be listed in the center column and under the Certified Instructor.
*	A blue asterisk indicates a Certified Instructor who falls into this category.
◊	Individuals whose names are are preceded by a diamond are Junior Black Belts. See the IKCA Bylaws page to review the policy concerning Junior Black Belts.
∆	If an individual studied under more than one Certified Instructor of separate schools then their name will be listed under each instructor and preceded by a triangle.
